Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not properly work when new battery is installed. Remote turns on but time cannot be set and goes into ongoing countdown mode. Buttons will not operate.

I am sending both the remote and receiver for evaluation and repair.
This remote and receiver arrived safely from the United States and on adding a power source was confirmed to be constantly ramping up on the time as if the button was constantly press.
This was found to be a faulty button itself, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
