Gazco Manhattan Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Have to press really hard for a long period of time and wave around to get it to turn on flame effect, low or high.
This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press. This was found to be due to 2 problems, the first was that the IR LED was faulty and also the button array was worn down, the LED was replaced and the button array was reworked. Full functionality was restored.
