use with a Brilliant Ledge 30 Gas fire The remote Will sometimes switch the Fire off but will not ignite it. The fire operates normally in manual mode. Tried all the usual things like new batteries etc. no joy!

 

This fireplace remote arrived safely and was suffering the usual problem whereby all buttons were faulty, they were replaced and full functionality was restored.
