Customers Fault Description : Read on an off button is temperamental sometimes it comes on sometimes it doesn’t come on I tried new batteries and resetting it but the still doesn’t work
This Caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a sluggish on button. This was found to be due to contamination / corrosion on the button contacts, the contacts were cleaned up as well as some print work carried out to remove some other track corrosion and now the remote responds on ever double button press.
