Customers Fault Description : Remote doesnt work the system
This Electric Heater System/storage heater system controller arrived safely and on inspection the Aerial plate was found to be cracked and open circuit (see image), this was causing no signal to be emmited from the remote. This was re soldered back together. The customer will be required to pair the control with their home receiver.
