Customer's Fault Description
This is a small battery operated remote control unit for a ceiling fan. It has been dropped and the spring which connects to one of the batteries is missing. If you are able to repair it, there is a second broken remote for this fan which I would also give you to fix.
This Ceiling fan controller arrived safely and on inspection was missing a battery terminal and had signs of battery leakage.
The terminal was replaced and the leakage cleared, full functionality was restored.
