Customers Fault Description : This remote was purchased for £96 two months ago on behalf of my mother who is 85yrs old. She can't remember where it was bought from and does not have a receipt. The fire does not switch on or off with the remote so hoping you can fix it.
This controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on either button press. This was found to be due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
