Customers Fault Description : The remote working but some time cut off .i check it i found the up/down buttons needs replacement please
This Hunter fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to not be transmitting on either button press.
This is a common issue which was resolved by replacing the ultrasonic transducer in the remote handset.
