Evet if the bluetooth paring seems to work (as shown by unit board leds) and there is no alarm led switched on on unit board, when pressing all buttons on remote control any relay on unit board is commanded and there is no movement of the mover.
This purpleline controller arrived safely from Italy. The control was apart as the screw fixings had broken. The remote was fitted back together and tested. The control was found to be working on every button press and a signal was being emmited. Checks were carried out to see if there was any reason for a intermittent problem but a fault could not be replicated nor could any issues be found. This has deemed this item to be functioning.
