Customers Fault Description : Mostly not working and unable to turn on/switch off fire almost all of the time.
This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a couple of issues, the first was that the battery cable was open circuit meaning no power was getting to the main PCB, this was replaced.
The second issue was that the retaining mounting clips were broken meaning the pcb was not sitting correctly inside the case. The board was glued back in place and full functionality was restored.
