Customer's Fault Description
The buttons to increase the fan speed and the button to increase the heat temperature do not work.

 

This triton remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons, the facia was also cracked around a few of the buttons.

The facia was peeled back and the print was found to be corroded in various points, this was reworked and also replacement button contacts fitted and full functionality was restored.
