Customers Fault Description : THE REMOTE DOES NOT FUNCTION IN ANY MODE. PREVIOUSLY IT WORKED ERRATICLY - IF BUTTONS PRESSED DOWN HARD - NOW NOT AT ALL
This Jukebox remote control arrived safely and on initial testing was found to be transmitting. On opening the IR led was reading slightly erroneous which was probably making it intermittent.
A replacement was fitted and also all the button pads and board were cleaned of all contaminants.
