Customer's Fault Description
The remote was dropped and the chip dislodged and came out. The red light no longer comes on and the black wire is loose.

 

This caravan motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was disconnected.  A new cable was fitted but the control remained dead, this was found to be due to an open circuit LED.  a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
