The button to put the mover into reverse is not working. It is the arrow button at the bottom of the 6 button control panel. <br /> All other controls are working fine

 

This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was powering up as normal.  The remote was opened and there was some sleight contamination on some of the button pads.

The pads were cleaned up and the PCB given an alcohol bath to remove any other contaminants.

The customer is required to carry out a full test on all buttons on receipt as we have no receiver with which to pair with for complete testing.
