SIT Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote light not coming on when pressing the buttons not sure if the buttons are working and not able to work the gas fire
This controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.
When checked the input voltage was missing, this was due to a faulty battery cable. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
