Customer's Fault Description
Remote control not working even with new batteries. I think there is a missing coil on one of the battery terminals.

 

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have badly corroded terminals due to a battery leakage.

The remote was cut open and the problematic terminals replaced.  The other terminals were recoated with silver conductive paint to negate and contamination.

Full functionality was restored.
