Customers Fault Description : remote not working new battery fitted
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. This remote had quite a few issues with it, the first was the button itself was open circuit. This was replaced and still the item was dead. It was then found that the LED and also the feed diode was faulty, both were replaced and full functionality was restored.
