Customers Fault Description : red light does not come , does not operate motor mover
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
The control was opened and 2 issues were found, the first was that hte battery cable was faulty and also the LED was cracked.
Both were replaced and full functionality was restored.
