Customer's Fault Description
THE RECEIVER ON BUTTON VOLUME BUTTONS AND ALL THE BOTTOM PART OF THE REMOVE BUTTONS I ONLY NEED TO USE REMOTE WHEN SWITCH TO SUB NOT MAIN.

 

This recorder / receiver remote control arrived safely and on inspection the slide cover and mode switch top was missing.

On testing 2 of the buttons were found to be faulty, the recorder and Audio In buttons.

On opening this was found to be due to worn button contacts, conductive paint was used to restore functionality and the PCB and button array was washed to remove all contaminants.

It is recommended that the customer test the control full on receipt as the faulty buttons seem to be different from the customers fault description
