Customers Fault Description : Battery has been changed as well as in the fireplace and remote remains unresponsive. Light does not illuminate when any buttons are pressed. All buttons remain unresponsive. Reset has been done on fire place and remote continues to not work.
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.
The issue was found to be due to a faulty yeloow LED. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
