Customer's Fault Description
Remote control not controlling the stove. Reciever not lighting up when remote control pressed, although light on remote control lights up. Batteries changed in remote and reciever

 

This Gazco Stockton 5 Gas Stove controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting at all.

This was due to a faulty US transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
