Customer's Fault Description
Gas fire will increase the flame but will not lower flame
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on both the up and down channel as per normal operation.
It has been concluded that the issue is with the receiver itself. The customer is requested to send over the receiver for inspection.
The receiver arrived and on testing was confirmed to be at fault, the crystals were replaced which restored full functionality.
