Customer's Fault Description
Does not activate fire, red light does not come on . Battery replaced x2 - no difference. Briefly worked to turn up not down - 10 mins. Taken apart. Rebuilt. Both pressure pads worked whilst controls apart. Once rebuilt not working. Done several times with similar effects. Now 1 component appears to have burnt out.
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection there was a mass of damage on the main board. A replacement board was fitted which restored functionality.
