Customers Fault Description : All buttons not working. Was working fine the day before. Unsure if my son dropped it
This Sound bar control arrived safely and on testing was found to not be responding from any button press.
On opening the issue was found to be the oscillator which had one of its legs come away from the board. A replacement was fitted which restored functionality.
