Customer's Fault Description
Remote control will no switch on. Screen has gone blank. Remote was dropped on floor.

 

This gas fire control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead, when shaken the item rattled.

This was due to a transistor coming away from the PCB, this was refitted which restored functionality, the customer is requested to test the remote full with the receiver.
