Customer's Fault Description
Unable to set time via dual press of small buttons.
Able to switch on via Auto button.<br /><br />
Manual increase button flakey.<br /><br />
Manual decrease button usually works, but starting to miss sometimes.<br /><br />
Thermostatic control appears to function normally.<br />
This Gazco controller arrived safely and on testing the buttons were intermittent / non functioning.
On opening all buttons were found to be reading high in resistance. All buttons were replaced which restored normal functionality.
