Customer's Fault Description
Dead. Remote has small LCD display and this does not show anything. Tried new batteries etc
This Home cinema amp controller arrived safely and on initial inspection all screws were missing from the case and also the PCB mounting screws.
The LCD was found to be faulty as can be seen by the membrane inking in the image below.
Sadly this LCD is not available as a spare and therefore a repair is not possible.
It is also worth noting that even with a faulty display there should be a signal or signs of life but this item has more issues wrong with it making it totally dead.
