Customer's Fault Description
Controls on Fire appear to work by hand and Remote Control works intermittently to increase flame but not at all to reduce flame. I can open the Fire Front and operate the knobs by hand.

 

This faber gas fire control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a dead button.  This was due to a faulty button.  Due to the lack of spares an alternative replacement button was fitted which restored functionality.
