Volume control buttons inoperative

 

This theatre stand system controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning volume buttons.

On opening the issue was found to be due to a large mass of liquid contamination (see image)

The PCB and keypad were given alcohol baths to remove all contaminants which restored full functionality.
