Customers Fault Description : Does not work even with new battery (not included). pilot light not working either
This bed controller arrived safely and on testing the triangular buttons were non responsive (all other buttons were sending as normal)
On opening the issue was found to be contaminated / worn button pads. The PCB was cleaned up and the button pads re-coated which restored full functionality.
Please note that the indicator light is used to determine if the battery is low, i.e. it will only light when a low powered battery is inserted and not when buttons are press, this is normal functionality.
