Customer's Fault Description
I have two remote controls and both stopped working about the same time having been left for several months without use.
These 2 controls arrived safely from Spain and on testing both were dead, one had signs of a severe battery leak.
The first remote was found to have corroded print due to the leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
The second remote also had some print damage, this was reworked which restored functionality but the display was found to be dim in functionality.
Only one charge for repair is required for the full display control. Please note that it may be required to re-pair these controls with their respective fireplaces on receipt.
