Customers Fault Description : fault unknown not working
This skylight controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was broken and had signs that it had tried to be repaired but the wires were left frayed and were shorting when the battery was in position.
A replacement batter cable / clip was fitted and a few joints were resoldered which restored full functionality.
