Remote was dropped, the remote now rattles and doesn't work.

 

This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

The controller was cut open and the issue was found to be due to a broken PCB mounting pin.  The PCB was hot melted back into place which restored full functionality.
