Customers Fault Description : All 4 buttons dont work all the time. Dont seem to be 'clicking' when pressed.
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the fixing screw was missing, when tested the power was intermittent.
The issue was due to a poor solder connection on one of the terminals. This was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
