Door not operating both buttons illuminate LED. 2nd unit works fine

 

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting, the oscillator was tested and was found to be slightly lower in value than normal.  The crystal was replaced and the customer is required to test the item fully on receipt.
