Customers Fault Description : Tried new batteries but does not work
These 2 garage controllers arrived safely and on testing both had faulty buttons, both controls were suffering from badly corroded button pads, these were cleaned up which restored full functionality to one of the controls.
The other control only lights up but does not transmit a signal, sadly this one control cannot be repaired but luckily we have got one working.
