Most direction buttons appear to be failing. Only forward (up) and forward left are remianing I think.

 

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive / intermittent button response.

On opening the issue became clear. The button array itself was showing signs of corrosion due to contamination.  he PCB and button pads were cleaned up which restored full functionality.
