Customers Fault Description : Top press button no working to ignite fire
This gas fire controller arrived safely and on inspection the up button was found to be collapsed. This meant that whenever the safety button (bottom left) was pressed on its own the fire would try to send the up signal as a short was found over the top button.
The button was replaced and now the control required the safety and top button in order to actuate the up signal as per normal functionality.
