Customer's Fault Description
NO signal from remote to shower unit. The second exterior remote work fine but this has no temperature control only controls shower unit on/off but this show shower unit works ok

 

This shower remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening there was a corrosion point near one of the battery terminals.  This print was reworked which restored full functionality.  Please note that the testing video shows "service 01" as normal due to not being in the vicinity of a receiver.
