Customer's Fault Description
All the buttons on the bottom of the bottom of handset. The bed is unable to be made to lie flat.

 

This remote arrived safely and on inspection a continuity test was carried out on the cable which was found to be testing normal.

The buttons were then tested for functionality and normal operation was found.

It was then concluded that no fault could be found with this handset.
