Customer's Fault Description
the on/off switch rather troublesome to get the remote to work. Also battery compartment springs not looking right.
This truma controller arrived safely and on inspection rattled when shaken and the power button was not responding.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a broken mounting pin for the PCB. This meant that the switch was not in the correct position.
The PCB was glued back into place which restored normal functionality.
