power going to board but wen you press red button twice nothing happens no red light comes on

 

This Purpleline caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening there were 3 issues, the LED was cracked, a replacement was fitted.  The battery cable was spliced, a replacement was also fitted and the Aerial was detached from the PCB.  This was resoldered back into place which restored full functionality.
