Customers Fault Description : Unit does not work. No buttons seem to function
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was not included.
On testing the remote was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a broken oscillator. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
