Customers Fault Description : Our engineer can't get the remote to send a signal to the a/c system. We have tried new batteries
This Aircon controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. The battery terminals had signs of a battery leakage / corrosion, the terminals were cleaned up and re-tinted with conductive paint which restored functionality.
