Customer's Fault Description
Loss of connectivity with the fire. Tried changing battery but that did not work.

 

This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any button press.

On opening the issue was found to be due to a faulty battery terminal.  This was resoldered back into position which then restored full functionality
