Remote control won't work

 

This ceiling heather remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press.  The button caps were also cracked around their circumference.

The facia was peeled back and the issue was found to be corrosion on the print due to waster contamination.  This had caused a few open circuits.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.  Replacement button caps were fitted under the original facia.

Please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
