Customers Fault Description : Buttons not working even with replaced battery.
This sound bar controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced due to lack of spare availability)
On adding a power source the control was found to be transmitting on every button as normal. This has deemed the item as "No Fault Found"
