Customers Fault Description : Up and down buttons are not working reliably.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing the battery housing was fould to have move a few millimeters away from the PCB. This was causing an intermittent battery connection and consequently intermittent power / button response.
The battery housing was refitted into the correct position which restored normal functionality.
