Customers Fault Description : Only functions on the remote that work is the volume control and thats intermittent.
None of the other functions works.
This soundbar controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have an erratic signal response on all buttons.
This is an issue caused by a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted and the signal is now found to be consistent.
