Customer's Fault Description
Haven't used for approximately 18 months removed AA batteries prior to storing. Worked fine prior to storing. Put new batteries in and nothing, tryed reset still nothing.

 

This Denon amp remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

Special tools were needed to open this controller which were ordered before a diagnosis could be made.

Once arrived the item was opened and a component test was carried out which revealed no issues.  The problem was then most likely with one of the main processors which sadly are not available as spares rendering a repair not possible.

This item was scrapped on the 18th 9 19 as per the customers email request
